DRI Small Project Grant Announcement!

Applications for the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI) Small Project Program are now open! HCIDA is proud to administer the program on behalf of the Village of Herkimer.

• Award Amounts: Up to $100,000
• Funding Covers: Up to 75% of total project cost
• Minimum Owner Match: 25%
• Program Type: Reimbursement-based
• Total Funds Available: $600,000
